Mixed experience here. The retractable cord is a genuinely clever feature and the soleplate does glide well. But at 13g/min the steam output is on the weaker side it struggled with heavily creased cotton shirts and I had to make several slow passes to get a decent result. The iron also felt like it cooled down faster than I’d expect between bursts. Fine for light everyday use but not the most powerful option if you’re dealing with thicker fabrics regularly.
