I’ve owned expensive cookware before but this 17-piece set genuinely rivals it. The 5-ply construction makes an immediate difference heat spreads perfectly across the entire base with zero hot spots. I seared a ribeye in the 12″ pan and got a crust I’d be proud to serve in a restaurant. The 2.5mm thickness feels incredibly solid and the cool-grip handles stay comfortable even after long cooking sessions over high heat.
