The titanium nonstick coating is on another level food releases with barely any oil and cleanup is just a quick hand wash with dish soap. The silicone-sealed glass lids are a smart design; they lock in steam perfectly and you can watch your food cook without lifting the lid. Heats up fast and evenly across every piece. A wonderful set.
