Decent cat tree at a fair price with a couple of things to be aware of. The base board is wide which helps stability but the listing does note it should be placed against a wall  worth doing as it does have a slight lean when used freestanding. The faux fur covering also attracts cat hair noticeably and needs a regular lint roll to stay looking tidy. On the plus side my cats love the hammock and condo, the sisal is good quality, and the overall size at 22.44"×13.78"×39.37" works well for a medium-sized home without dominating the space.

Good mid-size cat tree that my cats genuinely love. The big hammock is the star of the show both cats try to share it simultaneously and it holds them comfortably. The round top platform by the window has become a prime bird-watching spot every morning. The hanging ball provides extra stimulation and the condo gives my more introverted cat a private retreat. The grey faux fur is a neutral tone that doesn't stand out awkwardly in the room. Replaceable hanging ball is a thoughtful touch. Assembly was straightforward with tools included.

Really solid cat tree for the price. At nearly 40 inches tall it's a decent height for cats who love to climb and observe, and my two cats have each staked out a favourite level one lives in the hammock, the other in the condo. The removable washable hammock is a practical detail I use regularly and the natural sisal posts are holding up well after months of daily scratching. The faux fur covering feels plush and soft throughout. Placing it against the wall as recommended gives it excellent stability. A well-rounded tree that covers all the bases.
